Krishna Enterprise manufactures PTFE Coated fiberglass one side silicon pressure sensitive adhesive tapes for temperature resistance up to +260C. This tapes are used in sealing of polymer film in PFFS, Band Sealer and Bags making machine.Impulse sealer. During this operation the plastic film is hot and sticky and the operation is made more efficient, if the sealing bars are covered with the strips of the PTFE coated glass fabric and PTFE coated glass fabric one side adhesive, which is a very good heat conductor and gives non-stick surface. Our KE 7NP OSA tapes are normally used in this application.

We have also developed a fabric, which gives impression on the sealing area. Our KE 7 NP CLOTH & KE 6NP OSA TAPES ('V' VARIETY) is specially used in Oil & Ghee packing. Our OSA FABRIC is also used as Release fabric for hot plate welding of plastics, PE/PU extrusion coating.
